Refund

1.Their Customer Service "Team" is an AI robot 2. They have debited me incorrectly and I want my Refund!

The story goes: I cancelled my service last month on the 25 after they debited me. the got paid for the month and I get to leave the service with nothing owed to them. Tell me why then do these people see it fit to take money again from me this month? and when I queried it I get greeted by an AI generated answer. when I called them I spoke to some American bloke who was in all honesty very helpful but I have not received my refund still!!! what am I supposed to to get my money???? This service is nonsense.
