Refund

The service is pathetic,

I have been waiting for my money to be reversed,, I'm so disappointed, I have sent you my statements previously, R479 was debited mind you the sim card did not work, I cancelled the sim card I was again debited R111.77 however there was a credit. why debit ? I really don't know why was that debited, I'm so frustrated, I have been querying this since from April 2020, nothing has been done. I want my money back. stop robbing people during this pandemic.
