REFUND!!!
Rain deducted the monthly premium which is R569.00. which is right! Few moments after that they deducted R284.50 3 times.
The money debited was meant for my child's school transport, when I made contact, the advisor (Taylor) advised that I should wait for 5-10 days.
How do they expect me to for my child's transport? I need my Money today!!
If you are not with RAIN don't even think of using it!!
