Refund/ Cancellation delayed

Appalling service received from RAIN especially after buying one of their products. Quick to sell but slow to assist in queries. I have been waiting to cancel and get my refund for over a week now! Ridiculous if you ask me! Emails are simply ignored.. consultants like Florence and Refilwe who also are dishonest about the turn around time. I'm extremely disappointed!
