Hi pls call me back as I was not Assisted I thought to escalate this here. I made 2 payments by mistake so I'm asking for refund as I no longer have money left in my account. Pls call me urgently I'm not happy. I'm very sad and disappointed to be told that sorry there's nothing we can do No Refund😡Really? I want my money back

31 Jan 2024, 18:29Pls explain to me how you do calculations because I cannot afford to be paying for what I signed up for I have to be paying R265 a Month not more than that. Another thing I was offline from last week but you make me pay for services I didn't use. I know that a Month won't end before you ask for money again. Around 20th you always look for cash from me and again same Month I have to pay again no pls fix this. I want to pay installment Once a Month but with you guys you making me pay twice in 1Month nooooooo it's wrong stop what you doing. My next payment should be last day if the Month R265 not more than that and plssss plssss don't ask me for money before Month end. I hope we clear
