Refund Battle

Called Rain in January to change my address as the signal at the new place was so bad. They said they changed it but never did. The signal was so bad that we stopped using the wifi. I then called in March to cancel but they never cancelled it until the end of May. I stopped using the wifi so there was no activity of the router. I called Rain every week and they promised to refund me. I have not got a refund and its nearly 4 months since I cancelled.
