Refund/ bad service

I recently wrote a review due to their lack of customer service and unfilled promise to refund my account which I recieved a very badly written reply from them advising me that they will escalate the matter as nothing was on " call" . I later furnished the agent with emails from previous agent regarding the matter, I have heard nothing till date. Very disappointing even a colleague of mine had the same problem.
