Refund approaching two months unpaid

I have been waiting six weeks for a refund.

Every time I complaint I just get another mail to say the billing department is looking into it. Really?

I didn't even complete the RICA prices and router was returned without opening the box. There's nothing to look into.

Super service signing up. Zero service anywhere else.
