Refund and Cancellation Request
I cancelled my rain subscription and they still debited my account. I still haven’t received my refund and they still didn’t close my subscription only got ticket number 😡😡😡

27 Nov 2022, 17:35Please note that the sim card is scheduled for cancellation at the end of the month, the debit was for October's invoice/services. Your billing is post-paid, meaning that you pay for a month's service in the next month. Invoices for a month's services are generated at the end of that month, and are due in the next month on your set payment date.
