Refund and cancelation
Iam extremely angry with Rain. I have not used their data for months but in December their debited my account for 3 months. I called in December and i was promised a refund and cancelation on the subscription. To my surprise almost every day their are trying to deduct money from my account.I have been trying to communicate with them via Email's since I always get different stories when I call them , but I also dont get any response. Will I ever get my money for the data that I never used? and please stop tempering with my account because your causing unnecessary charges.

ALSO
Your call center people looked and checked my account that I did not use any Data because it was never loaded hence I demand my refund

Iv asked million times for this subscription to be canceled, so why are you guys still trying to deduct money in my account?
