REFUND

Rain delivered a non functional 4G simcard the beginning of March, I complained and the consultants promised me that it will work until one honest consultant told me that the tower that I'm connected to is not working, I requested a cancellation and a refund, surprisingly I was debited month end of April, eventually the sim was canceled and I was promised both refunds, on the 19th of May Rain contacted me confirming that my refund have been processed, I should get it in 7 to 10 working days, which was a blatant lie, on the 10th day until today I haven't received a cent from rain, I've been told two things while I was calling rain on daily basis, your refund have been processed and we've escalated your matter to billing, I was even told more than once to check with my bank as rain has already paid me, rain can I have my money please.
