Refund

My debt date with rain has always been 25th of every month, I tried to change it to the 1st sometime in April and on the 20th of April my connection was suspended, I called in immediatly and the agent told me he will put a promise to pay for the 25th and a few days later I must get my debt date changed to the 25th again to avoid being debted on the 1st. I called in on the 29th spoke to an agent and explained what I was asvised and that on my end I am unable to change my debt date, he then said he will log a case and within 24hr my date was back to the 25th and no debt went off on the 1st. To my surprise my account was suspended yet again on the 20th of May and once again I called in, the agent apologised for this and yet again a promose to pay was put on my account which made no sense because she confirmed that my account date is 25th, tried to debt my account on the 24th but there was no money, on the 27th when there was money my account was not debted even if I went on my account it did not reflect that I owed money. Today 1st June rain has debted my account twice, I have lost 2k today and have called in 3 times, 2 agents dropped on me and the third said she will call me back about my refund. i want my money back as it was not budgeted
