Refund

Rain is a ****!! I was debited R1100 and something even after not using rain for 3 months. Rain is supposed to be a month to month but now they're giving me excuses of invoice charges. I have asked them. To call me and explain to me how the previous agent I spoke to said I have to get a refund but when I talk to rain on Facebook they telling me I won't get a refund I don't understand this nonsense really I don't!! I want my money back!
