Refund

on the 28th May i called in to ask for Refund because i made payment twice and sent in my banking details same day, on the 31 got an email that they have not received my banking details i sent the same time and even made a call.

Today is the 10th i still dont have my refund when i call in today they say it was not escalated its only been escalated today. to say am angry is an understatement. this is really disapointing.
