Refund

Poor service have been in contact with there customer service for almost 2 months now regarding my refund I keep on being told it has been processed and will reflect in my account however still nothing I've been waiting since the 15th of March already and they keep telling me they will escalate it to the billing team as it can be that it has not been put through on there side however still no refund until today I am very unhappy as I have been a customer to them for some time now and this is the poor service I get not happy at all.
