On the 25th of Jan I tried to join rain but I failed the Rica process as I do not have my original ID document but my payment went off so I had to cancel up onto today I am yet to receive my refund I have sent countless e-mails and wasted so much money on airtime to call them but I am yet to receive an answer from them on when my money will be back in my account
