REFUND
TO WHOM IT MY CONCERN I NED YOU TO PLEASE REVERSE THE R220 THAT YOU TOOK FORM MY ACCOUNT WIHOUT MY PERMISSION AS I AM NOT AWARE WHAT YOU HAVE TAKEN IT FOR. THIS IS JUST SOME DISRESPECT ON SOME OTHER LEVEL. UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCE WERE CURRENTLY IN AND YOU JUST DO AS YOU PLEASE ON MY ACCOUNT.

Why would i be paying for for the 5G if i cancelled the service with immediate effect?
i paid to use your connection and it was not a use to pay service and no contract or agreement towards paying for no service. so you are telling a story
Why should my purchase of 4G be associated with 5G? So what you are telling me is only making sense to you not to me, Kindly humbly return my R220, i never took out anything on debt with your company.
Don't reap us off . please tough times upon us and people like you take advantage.
