Refund

Hi Rain I don't really complain about much but waking up to have a debit of 1400 odd of my account is shocking. I had upgraded to the new 501 unit and was told I wont be double charged, to my surprise I was. I tried to call in to address but clearly the calls are not being picked up for this item enquiry. I also sent an enquiry on your website. Please address as I expect to have my refund. I did my part and called when I recived my new unit, now do your part to rectify the issue and refund my hard earned funds. Also I sent an enquiry pertaining to the free Sim cards these also don't work any longer, no consultant has called to address
