Refund

I am still waiting for a refund for the last 14 days since i requested a refund. U=I keep getting the same emails confirming that the refund will be scheduled in 7-10 working days constantly. There is still nothing in my account, I need the money back as I have not used this service. The service has been the worst and i haven't even even used your service.
