Refund

I app**** for a rain sim the 1st direct deduction went off from my Capitec bank account on 18/6/2020 however out showed unsuccessful for Rain but on my bank it went off Support told me to do it again and money was the. Deducted again but showed successful at rain I send feedback per mail and was requested to send my bank statement I did that and I am not getting any feedback from them on what is happening with the 469 I understand it is Clovis but R 469 is a lot of money at this stage
