Good afternoon I want to report Rain for deducting from my account R699 after I cancelled my contract paid my contractual obligation. This monies was deducted on 29 November 2022 and Im still waiting on my refund. No one has phoned me back or reversed my monies.

19 Jan 2023, 18:18Hi The router has not been collected yet and my contract was paid ahead. I cancelled the subscription my last deduction was for 1 November 2022. On the 1October I cancelled my subscription and they told me my final deduction was for the 1November 2022. Then you guys deducted on the 29th November where I done on the 1 November 2022 already.

On the 1October I cancelled my subscription and they told me my final deduction was for the 1November 2022. Then you guys deducted on the 29th November where I done on the 1 November 2022 already.
