Refund

Bad service,called several times for the past 40 days now about my refund and nothing, ordered rain sim card they couldn't hand it over cause apparently my proof of residence wasn't valid, so i canceled the order and im still waiting for the refund, funny part all the customer agents i spoke to, Hlengiwe Z, Thembeka Bheli,Nandipa Mbityi, Khayalethu Cele to mention a few,kept telling me the refund was processed and i asked them for proof of payment and they were hesitant, only to find out from the last Agent i spoke to that it wasn't processed bla bla ,,ohh! Lord!! ,40days now waiting for that refund starting to look like a ****************, it takes them seconds to take our money from our banks but now its taking them 40 + days to refund it,Stupid people
