Refiloe changed my opinion.

Although my initial engagement with Rain was not great, Refiloe (started corresponding on Facebook) got back in touch with me, patiently accommodated times that I could actually talk to her as well, and resolved my problems in one phone call. Although I am not covered in Tulbagh yet, she will be the reason I try them again when we are. Thanks for the good service.
