Reference Number: ***4, I paid for the device and access to service up front. I enquired about how long delivery would take and was assured by the consultant that it would by 3-5days max. Here I am on the 18 Dec with no device or WiFi. This is my second complaint/review with no resolution to the first. I want my money back, you ******! Absolutely horrible. This relationship went sour before it started. Sies!
