ref***2 No internet connection since 5G router was purchased
Hi,
I haven't been able to connect since i purchased on 12 January 2022. My 5G router Wifi and power indicators are on but the 5G and 4G indicator have been off and i needed to use it but still no connection :( and its the 17th today still no help to get the connection right.
