RED LIGHT SPECIAL ON BOTH 4G AND 5G LED LIGHT - NETWORK PROBLEM

Hi Hello Peter, I would like to say Rain has been good to me, since i had it from 2020 May, until now recently (24 Dec2021), My Wifi is giving me network issues, I'm getting Red light flashes on both 4G and 5G lights, im not sure why because my account is up to date with payments.
