RED LIGHT NO NETWORK
Good day all i just got the rain 5G router and sim its activated when i got home i set it up and wow the red light came on no network but they said it will work coz my area is covered by 2 towers for rain network i left it on the hole night still no network even today im sadly really disappointed i paid for a service that don't even work i will have to get my refund if this continues

If possible can I request a Sim swap as I have tested the router with another simcard and it worked.
It looks like the 5g simcard issued with my router is not working properly.
