Rectify my account and collect your routers

Good day Rain,

Its been more than 2years that I cancelled my Subscription with you. I had 2 Routers with you and I cancelled both Subscriptions and I am Still waiting for you to Collect Both Routers and while I am waiting for you to come Collect the Routers, you keep on Billing me every month. Why do you say that ALL YOUR CALLS ARE RECORDED but you can't trace 1 of my calls, and I know more than 5 people that is sitting with the same problem. I refuse to pay my Bill as I did cancel but you "Rain" never canceled my subscription as requested. You want your Money every month end, but when there is a Cancelation you don't know about anything and there is no calls recorded. Useless!!!!! Rectify my account for the past More than 2years and Come Collect the routers as discussed MORE THAN 2 YEARS AGO!!!!!!!!
