RECONNECTING ****!!!

I was disconnected within 3 days from my payment date and I’ve been disconnected for 10 days then I received an sms to pay a minimum of R62.50 to reconnect I did that but it’s been 2 days and I’m still not connected…so when I check the acc I’m told my acc is in arrears for the remaining balance to make it R250 now isn’t it that my acc is month to month and I pay as I use…now how do I owe R250 if I’ve been offline for 12 days? You guys are ******** people to make payment for services they aren’t using. Please charge me for the 3 days I was active for and refund me the rest of the payment I made because I am still not reconnected and I don’t see why I have to pay for a full month but I didn’t use the service for the full month.
