Reconnect my rain network account

I have paid my rain account on Saturday the 9th October 2021,and still I’m not connected,I have been calling rain the whole of yesterday(11-10-2021) and whole of today (12-10-2021) with no assistance ,come on,rain is the worst service provider ,they don’t put their customers first at all,there’s no sense of urgency at all,they keep on saying “we apologise for the inconvenience “but still do nothing,they keep on telling on telling me they are escalating the case ,for how long .better fix this as the problem is on your side.
