Receiving horrible service and the worst turn around time.
I paid on Friday and yet my internet has been disconnected, for the whole weekend. It has not been reconnected even after I sent the relevant documents. Service has been extremely poor. I cannot wait to get my fiber and be done with such a company that continuously disrespects a paying customer.
