Received sim cards from Rain in June

Received sim cards from Rain in June. Since then one card never worked and the other works from time to time. Spent a lot of time explaining and quering but rain support centre is rated 1 for support and 0 in response ( they hardly react) Receiving instructions from Rain does not eesolve the issue ! So if one gives importance to service, just stay away from Rain
