ReapOff from RAIN SA!!

I paid R479 for unlimited data from Rain SA After I Rica the sim on 21 July, there was no internet connection. Nomalanga Radebe was assisting me and advised sim wont work I have no coverage, I then requested for a refund on 24 july as there was no data usage on sim.

Nomalanga was responding to my emails from 21 july until I requested for a refund and NEVER responded AGAIN. I am very disappointed, RAIN SA!!! REFUND MY R479 PLEASE!!!
