Really unhelpful service

I have been trying to get my rain working for over a month now. I was told to get a sim swap and this took 12 days and when I got the sim I still had no internet. I have been told a tower is down this has been down the entire December and still now. A technician was ment to call and try connect to a different tower and never happened. I have requested a refund for the time I have had no internet and why must I still pay for a service that's not working and no ETA on when it will work. I have logged many tickets and I'm tired of calling and holding...
