Really Unhappy

I used to stay Jeffreys bayI've stayed in Jeffreys Bay I hated my Rain Account for almost a year and a half I hated a problem once or twice. Now I am in Mossel Bay "two blocks away from the LTE tower's" which is much bigger than Jeffreys Bay. But I now I'm struggling with my signal its really really slow and my router light is mostly red or yellow. In Jeffreys Bay I had a green light and signal was full 4G and now it like one bar signal and when you talk on Rain Live chat to get help they always say move your router or reboot and believe me I've Try and it still the same. Its annoying because my Wifi is really needed with no internet its means no money.

I'm embarrassed because referred a lot of people to rain because, like I said had wonder service but now I'm really disappointed and the fact that they don't even try fixing the problem it really more disappointing
