Really tired of people not doing there job

I am at my wits end.... I have cancelled sim in July already and they are still taking money ff every single month. I even called last month and again they have TAKING MONTH OFF TODAY. *****ING MY MONEY. I am so over people not don't there work. its worse the SABC when it comes to cancelling. I have had enough, Portia, Dumisa, and all the other people I have spoken to, to cancel this do your dam job, and stop causing people to have more problems than they have.
