Really poor internet

Received a call From Itumeleng who escalated the speeds issues, I couldn't work yesterday and I have to sit and work today, but also, still cannot work as there is no internet, maximum speed I get is 0.29, cannot even open email properly. I don' think they understand the effect it has on our work especially if it's not treated as urgent. We are paying for a service we are not getting, I can't work with this Rain, canceling is becoming the only option.
