Really needs improve asap

Activate sim on 15 Jan and by 17 Jan still nothing.

I now get told that we do not have coverage but yet on the coverage indicator ont he website it shows we are covered.

Nobody gets back to you.

Maybe they should get onto Hellopeter and just look at all the negative input and improve on it.
