Really just the WORST experience ever

Probably the most pathetic company I have ever experienced in my life! Firstly they sell you false products, I did not even have my device for a day before I returned it. Just pathetic, that is all I can say. Then it took me a week for them to come and collect it and now I'm waiting for my refund also about a week later and the way they respond to anything is even worse. They are very quick to take your money then you have to beg for them just to give you back your own money. Is it just okay for any company for that to be the norm?!?!
