Really bad service

I don't even want to give them a star at all. I have had bad service from the get go. First they took forever to bring my card. I had to submit my address about ten times. I tried phoning without any success.

Then I received my card and a message to say that is has been activated. Again I battled to get support from them. . . They just don't get back to me at all. . .so at the end I canceled my card without ever using it. This is the worst service I have ever received. I demanded a refund and am still waiting.
