Really Awful support infrastructure.
After writing a great review about David Tsoke at Rain I now find myself having to backtrack, take my words back and join the many who have been complaining about the "support" (or total lack thereof) received by Rain. Not good at all. There is no call centre or phone support during Covid even though almost every other call centre in the country has managed to find a solution. They have removed support via email now so unless your query falls into an FAQ you are now totally alone. They respond to your email by saying go the support page and click on contact support for quick response. Unless my eyes are deceiving me I cannot see this link. I am sorry to have originally given them a favourable review.

03 Sept 2020, 12:54Well hot with rage yes Yeoline, It's quite simple: Make it easy for your customers to get good support and you won't get reviews like this - but I can see (as can you) that this bad support is not new. You have no Telephonic support because of Covid (which other companies have managed to work around by rerouting their calls to people working from home - but not Rain). Your emails that "automatically" respond if you send a mail to *** tell you to resubmit to a page THAT DOES NOT EXIST. You have to ignore that link and wait hours for someone on facebook messenger to tell you to ignore that message and 1. SIGN IN TO YOUR DASHBOARD AT www.rain.co.za/dashboard 2. CLICK ON YOUR ''MY ACCOUNT'' PAGE UNDER YOUR ''MY RAIN PAGE 3. SCROLL DOWN TO CLICK ON THE ''CONTACT SUPPORT'' BUTTON.
Why not make it easy? Why not have MANY points of contact, many links on your websites and social media platforms considering you have disabled all incoming calls? I think I and many of your customers already know the answer. I am sorry Yeoline this is absolutely unacceptable and poor, poor service. But then I don't think this is the first Hellopeter or facebook complaint you have had to answer or deal with.
