REAL DISSAPOINTING!

To whom it may concern,

I am quiet disappointed in RAIN as I have been with them for 2 years...always made payment and now this month that I am late which I did make arrangements on the 24/03/2023 I get cut off after speaking to Zemkipha and moving my debit date..

When sending emails to Mr. Pule Mokgosi I get no response...Its disappointing! But he was the only person that actually helped me in the past...

Seems loyal clients at RAIN doesnt mean a thing!

Hi There,

I made arrangements for my debit order will go off on the 1st on April..and that my rain doesnt get suspended..

Well quiet the opposite happens...after making arrangements..

1) My rain is cut off..I have 2 sim cards on my profile..both are off..I want it to please be reconnected.
2) My debit order be moved to the 1st..I have been with you guys for 2 years...I amgood for it as you see on my profile..But no one seems able to help me...1 person says its the towers in my area..meantime I know I am having a billing issue...

I will most likely pay you guys on the 31st..R998.00..no problem!

Please re active my 2 sim cards!

So the I must pay 2 invoices on the 1st?...Didnt know that...

Can you rather make a arrangement for this month's payment to be paid on the 31st...and keep the payment on the 25th..

I am not going to over promise and under deliver!

1) Kindly note that the latest date we can schedule the debit of the February invoice is the 31st of March. PLEASE ACTION THIS..I WILL MAKE PAYMENT OF R998.00 ON THE 31st OF MARCH.
2) After February's invoice has been settled, we can then change your payment date to the 25th of every month. PLEASE KEEP THE DEBIT FOR THE 25th OF EACH MONTH. I WILL MAKE SURE THIS DOESNT HAPPEN AGAIN
