Read this review before you even bother.

I was promised the service I deserve put yet pathetic, I was told I have a faulty route and that is why my speeds have been so terrible after upgrading to the 60MB line, keep in mine I'm lucky to get to 20MB.

I've been told a tech team will come and replace the faulty route on the 17/01/2024 and here I am still setting with a faulty route on the 18/01/2024. If they were planning on building a route from scratch a little heads up would have been fine so that I know I'll be stuck with this pathetic excuse of internet.. I'm now ready to cancel and move over to another provider.

Whoever plans in taking a package with them please be advise they promise they don't deliver even to the long standing customers.
