Read the clause

I have started my rain account in 2021. now a week ago Jan 2024 my house was set alight by intruders. Being a faithful customer I told them that everything was burnt including rain router. Now I'm liable for the damages of R4000 which I even didn't know is the cost. I was just told to read section 17.33. So my fellow rain users make sure you have insurance although its their property. They say they can amend at anytime and it is effective immediately Iv learned my lesson. my phone call didn't even lasted for 5 min im pretty sure all that rules and regulations weren't highlighted. So now i have a debt which wasnt my fault but have to pay for it.
