REACCURRING PROBLEM

Good day

This is really getting frustrating now.

Since last night 9pm, we are offline.

What seems to be the problem now. Unfortunately this can not carry on with interrupted connection, as we dependant on the WiFi for our home-schooling program.

Please resolve this issue.

I sent through and email this, and haven't received a response yet. Really shocking.
