Good Day Rain , Aka Fathima ( as you are the person closing these requests with **** promises)

It is another week past since you closes last request to have someone from Rain to make contact regarding :

1) Line spead of less than 3 MB/SEC - continuesly , non stop, never reaches any where near promised 10 MB/sec)

2) log in credentials your online "dashboard"

again FB just deletes post that ask for assistance , noone contact and email address refers you to a Contactus with no reply once quirry logged.

You email saying that something will be done, whgo not email with a contact number for someone in the company that acttually does something ?
