Rather have lte than 5g

dear pathetic rain engineers, please explain why I have to switch apns every 20 mins for this network to work, obviously someone has to get a refund for their qualifications, please do your job and fix the network, if I don't get a response to my tickets, please expect your 5g router shoved so far up the the pole that load sheeding will seem like you least problem
