Rather get another ISP!!!!
So this is going on for months now. internet speed is up to ****. Cant do downloads or anything reboot fine for 10 minutes and so it goes on. they do not have customer support as they are useless. why am I paying if I cant use it for what I want to do. I wont Recommend them.

Now after one day now there is even no signal as we speak. Even so slow i cant do ****. Really de**** is wrong with this ISP the sign up in the 1st few months its fine then it is **** then you complain fixed for a fixed term then up to **** again....

Change was fine.
