Ran cancelation

I rate them zero, I have put through my cancelation notice from on 1st of October funny enough you guys tried to deduct into my account and said I am owing how can I owe a service which I have canceled. This useless you guys you are ripping us off. I need this to be sorted out asap. I no longer require the service. Get back to me ***
