RAM cause drought for RAIN

The RAM support consultant tried to be helpful, but difficult if the Cape Town branch cannot deliver on her promises and efforts. Stay away from RAM. Also stay away from RAIN if they cannot find another competent delivery service. My RAIN SIM arrived 12 May in Cape Town. RAM logged on 13 May at 16:55 that they could not get hold of me. I am sure they were not here as the security guard was waiting for my package the whole day and I had no missed calls. They were not in my area on 14 May, but somewhere else, apparently, but their store is 10km from my residence! This morning I missed their call at 07:15. I phoned their support at 08:00 and they said, sorry, I must wait till tomorrow. I am cancelling it, unless by some miracle, they deliver today. Will never want to deal with RAM ever again and now I am also without my RAIN data deal as I have to cancel it.
